Websites for hotels and resorts

Hotel and resort websites with beautiful rooms, clear policies and direct booking options

Guests compare rooms, photos, amenities and policies before they book. A hotel website presents them properly and gives guests a direct way to book or ask, outside the travel sites.

The problem

What gets in the way for a hotel

  • Travel sites take the booking

Guests find you on travel sites and book there, and a commission comes out of every stay.

  • Guests need everything before booking direct

Room photos, amenities, location, check-in times and policies must be clear, or guests go back to the travel site.

  • Events need their own path

Weddings, banquets and corporate stays need detailed enquiries that don't fit a room booking.

  • Packages change with the seasons

Monsoon offers, festive packages and long-weekend deals each need a page, and quickly.

What to include

What your website should include, and why

  • 01

A page for each room type

Photos, size, bed type, occupancy, amenities and view for each room, so guests choose with confidence.

  • 02

A link to your booking engine

If you use one, “Book now” opens it directly; if not, guests send their dates and guest numbers on WhatsApp.

  • 03

    Packages and offers

Each seasonal package gets a page with what's included and the dates it applies to.

  • 04

    Events and banquets

Halls, capacities, catering and a separate enquiry route for weddings and corporate events.

  • 05

Location and how to get there

Directions from the airport, station and highway, with a Google Map and nearby attractions that really exist.

  • 06

    Policies stated plainly

Check-in and check-out times, ID requirements, cancellation, children and pets, set out before guests book.

Most hotel websites are built as business websites; the other option is custom websites.

What guests check before booking direct

A guest who leaves a travel site to look you up wants these answers quickly. Any one missing sends them back.

  • Real photos of each room type
  • Room size, bed type and maximum occupancy
  • What's included: breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking
  • Check-in and check-out times
  • ID requirements for every guest
  • Cancellation and refund terms
  • How to get there from the airport or station
  • A direct way to book or ask

Accuracy points to check

  • Show a star category only if it's an official classification.
  • Link to genuine reviews on the platforms where they were posted, rather than copying selected quotes.
  • Use only photos of your own property, and keep them current.

This is a summary to plan your website around, not legal advice. Please confirm the rules that currently apply to you; we build the website around what you confirm.

FAQ

Questions hotels and resorts ask

Can guests book directly on our hotel website?

If you use a booking engine, your website links to it so guests book direct. We don't build booking engines; without one, guests send their dates on WhatsApp and you confirm.

Can we show guest reviews on our website?

Link to your genuine reviews on the platforms where guests posted them. A handful of glowing quotes copied onto your own site carries less weight and can look selective.

How should wedding and banquet enquiries work?

Give events their own page with hall capacities and catering options, and a WhatsApp enquiry that asks for the date, guest count and type of event.

Won't lots of room photos slow the site down?

Not when images are sized for each screen and loaded as guests scroll. Galleries can be generous and still load quickly on a phone.

How do we feature seasonal packages?

Each package gets its own page with dates, inclusions and price, ready to share on WhatsApp and social media during the season.
