House rules
Good to know before you book
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 1 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early check-in depends on the room being free.
- ID for every guest
- A government photo ID for each adult. Guests from abroad need their passport and visa.
- Cancellation
- Free up to 7 days before arrival. Later than that, the first night is charged.
- Children
- Children under 6 stay free in their parents' room using the existing beds.
- Pets
- Welcome in the Ridge Cottages, with a cleaning charge of ₹1,500 a stay.
- Quiet hours
- From 10 pm to 7 am, so everyone can enjoy the stillness.

Before you stay
Is the road to the resort fine for small cars?
Yes. The last kilometre is narrow and winding, but paved and open all year.
Is there mobile signal and Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi reaches every room. Mobile signal is good on the main networks, weaker on others.
Do you serve Jain or vegan meals?
Yes, with a day's notice. Tell us when you book, and the kitchen plans for it.
Which months are best for a visit?
October to March for clear skies, June to September for the monsoon and waterfalls.
