Websites for salons

Salon websites with your services, prices and easy appointment requests

Clients want to know what you offer, what it costs and when they can come in. A salon website shows the first two clearly and makes asking for the third a one-tap job.

The problem

What gets in the way for a salon

  • “How much for a haircut?” all day long

Price questions arrive by call, DM and WhatsApp, and every answer takes you away from the client in your chair.

  • Appointments arrive without structure

Requests come in different formats across different apps, and forgotten slots lead to clashes and no-shows.

  • Your stylists' work has no permanent home

Great colour and bridal work gets posted once, then sinks down a feed where new clients never see it.

  • Offers and memberships stay invisible

Packages and loyalty memberships are mentioned at the counter, but nobody choosing a salon online knows they exist.

What to include

What your website should include, and why

  • 01

A service menu with prices and durations

Hair, skin, nails and grooming, each with a starting price and a time, answer most questions before anyone calls.

  • 02

    Appointment requests on WhatsApp

A button opens WhatsApp with prompts for the service, a preferred day and time, and a stylist if the client has one in mind.

  • 03

A link to your booking app, if you use one

If you already take bookings through an app, the website sends clients straight there instead of running a second system.

  • 04

    A lookbook by category

Cuts, colour, bridal and skin work, grouped by type, show your range to someone choosing a salon for the first time.

  • 05

    Your team and their specialities

Stylist profiles help clients ask for the right person for a balayage, a fade or a bridal trial.

  • 06

    Memberships and current offers

A page for packages and offers gives clients one place to find them, instead of hearing about them only at the counter.

Most salon websites are built as business websites; the other option is landing pages.

Appointment requests or a booking system?

Salons usually choose between two ways of taking appointments online. Here's how they differ in practice.

An online booking system

  • A calendar that must be accurate at every moment
  • Often a monthly subscription
  • Clients book slots you may need to rearrange
  • Not something we build, though we can link to one

Appointment requests on WhatsApp

  • Clients send the service and a preferred time
  • You confirm the slot that actually works
  • Uses the WhatsApp you already answer
  • Part of the WhatsApp button we add to your site

Worth checking before you publish

  • Post client photos, especially before-and-after shots, only with their written consent.
  • Name product brands only if your salon actually uses them.

This is a summary to plan your website around, not legal advice. Please confirm the rules that currently apply to you; we build the website around what you confirm.

FAQ

Questions salon owners ask

Should my salon website show prices?

Starting prices for each service work well: clients know roughly what to expect, and you confirm the final price based on hair length or the products used.

Can clients book a slot directly on my salon's website?

Clients send an appointment request on WhatsApp and you confirm the time. We don't build booking systems, but if you already use a booking app, your website can link to it.

Can I show before-and-after photos of clients?

Yes, with each client's written consent. Many salons show only the result, or crop to the hair, which keeps clients comfortable.

We have two branches. Do we need two websites?

No. One website can give each branch its own page with its address, timings and map, while sharing one service menu.
