Websites for coaching institutes
Coaching institute websites for courses, batches and admission enquiries
Parents and students compare courses, batches, faculty and fees before they visit. A coaching website lays them out honestly and makes asking for a demo class a one-tap step.
The problem
What gets in the way for a coaching institute
Admission season floods the phone
Enquiries peak around results and the new session, and every caller asks the same things about courses and fees.
Families compare everything
Faculty, batch size, timings and fees decide where a student enrols, and parents want them side by side.
Results claims are under scrutiny
Advertising toppers and selection numbers now comes with rules about consent and disclosure.
Demo classes arranged by hand
Demo classes and scholarship tests are booked over calls and registers, and some families never hear back.
What to include
What your website should include, and why
- 01
Course pages by class or exam
Syllabus, duration, batch timings and the board or exam each course prepares for, on a page of its own.
- 02
Demo-class requests on WhatsApp
A button opens a chat with prompts for the student's class, the course and a preferred day.
- 03
Real faculty profiles
Teachers' names, subjects, qualifications and experience, all genuine, help parents trust the classroom.
- 04
Fees and the refund policy in writing
Course fees, instalments and the refund policy, published plainly, answer questions families hesitate to ask.
- 05
A results page that follows the rules
Results appear only with consent and with the details the guidelines require, such as the course the student took.
- 06
Notices and branch information
Batch changes, holidays and each branch's address and timings, in one place rather than scattered messages.
Most coaching institute websites are built as business websites; the other option is landing pages.

Before publishing a result or testimonial
The 2024 guidelines on coaching advertisements set out what a results claim must include. Check every result against this list:
- The student has given written consent
- The rank or result is stated accurately
- The course the student took is named, with its duration
- It's clear whether that course was paid or free
- Nothing promises selection, a rank or marks
- No false urgency, such as invented “last few seats”
Coaching advertising rules
- The CCPA Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisement in Coaching Sector, 2024 prohibit false claims about success, selection or rank.
- They require disclosures and consent before a student's name, photo or result is used.
- Confirm the current rules, and any state requirements for coaching centres, before publishing.
This is a summary to plan your website around, not legal advice. Please confirm the rules that currently apply to you; we build the website around what you confirm.

FAQ
Questions coaching institutes ask
Can we show our toppers on the website?
Only with the student's written consent and the details the 2024 guidelines require, such as the course they took and whether it was paid. Claims of guaranteed selection aren't allowed.
How do students book a demo class?
They tap a button that opens WhatsApp with their class, the course and a preferred day, and your team confirms the slot.
Should a coaching institute publish its fees?
Clear fees with instalment options and the refund policy build trust with parents. If fees vary by batch, show starting fees and say so.
Can parents pay fees on the website?
Online fee payment isn't something we build. The website explains how fees are paid, for example at the centre or by bank transfer.
How should the website show several branches?
One page per branch with its address, timings, courses and map, all under one website.
