How to book

    By UPI or bank transfer, to hold the car.

  3. Pick up

    Bring your documents; the car is checked with you before you drive off.

Policies

The rules, in full

Read these before you book. They're the same for everyone.

Documents
A driving licence held for at least a year, plus an Aadhaar card or passport. For self-drive, the original licence is checked at pickup.
Security deposit
₹5,000 for self-drive, by UPI or card, refunded within 3 working days of return, less any agreed charges.
Fuel
Full to full: the car comes with a full tank and goes back with one, or fuel is charged at cost plus ₹200.
Kilometres
300 km a day for self-drive. Extra kilometres are charged at the rate for the category.
Late returns
Up to an hour is free. After that, each extra hour is charged, and after four hours, a full day.
Damage and insurance
Cars are insured. If the car is damaged, you pay up to ₹10,000 towards the repair; the insurance covers the rest.
Cancellations
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later than that, one day's rent is kept from the deposit.
Who can drive
Only the drivers named in the booking, aged 21 or over.

Questions

Before you rent

Can I take a self-drive car to another state?

Yes, after telling us at booking. State entry taxes are paid at the border and are yours to pay.

What happens if the car breaks down?

Call us any time. We arrange roadside help, and a replacement car when a repair takes long.

Is there a limit on how far I can drive?

Self-drive includes 300 km a day; beyond that, each extra kilometre is charged at the listed rate.

Can I extend the booking on the way?

Yes, if the car is free. Message us before the return time and we'll confirm the new total.
