Referring a patient?

Send the referral on WhatsApp. We share a short summary after the assessment and a progress report when treatment ends.

Before your first session

Do I need a doctor's referral for physiotherapy?

No. You can come directly, though reports and notes from your doctor help us plan your treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your assessment. You get an estimate after the first session, and we review it as you go.

What should I wear to a session?

Loose clothes you can move in, such as a T-shirt with track pants or shorts.

Can physiotherapy be claimed on health insurance?

Some policies cover it, often after surgery or a hospital stay. We give itemised receipts and reports for the claim.
