  • Timing

Fasting tests are done from 7 to 11 am, and thyroid tests are preferably done in the morning.

  • What to bring

Your doctor's prescription, a photo ID and any earlier reports to compare with.

Your reports, signed by our doctors

Every report is checked and signed by a registered doctor. You get it on WhatsApp as a PDF, and your earlier reports stay in the online portal to compare.

Who signs your reports

A real centre's website names every doctor who signs reports, with their qualifications and medical council registration number. This demo's doctors don't exist, so their details are left out.

Before you book a test

Do all blood tests need fasting?

No, only some, such as fasting blood sugar and the lipid profile. Each test above lists its preparation.

Can someone explain my report?

Yes. A doctor can go through it with you at the centre, or on a phone call.

Can I collect a printed report?

Yes. A printed copy is ready at the centre as soon as the online report is out.

Is a prescription needed for every test?

Not for most blood tests. Scans such as X-rays and ultrasound need a doctor's prescription.
