What we treat

Each treatment is explained in plain words, with the options, before you decide.

  • Check-ups and cleaning

An examination, scaling and polishing, and advice for home care.

  • Fillings

Tooth-coloured fillings for cavities and small chips.

  • Root canal treatment

Saving an infected tooth, under local anaesthesia.

  • Braces and aligners

Straightening teeth for teenagers and adults.

  • Crowns and bridges

Restoring broken teeth and replacing missing ones.

  • Dental implants

A fixed replacement for a missing tooth, planned with X-rays.

  • Children's dentistry

Check-ups, fluoride and sealants to prevent cavities.

  • Teeth whitening

In-clinic whitening, after a check-up to see if it suits you.

First visits that feel easy

A child's first visits shape how they feel about dentists for years, so we take them slowly.

  • A first visit just to meet the chair, with no treatment
  • Everything explained with mirrors and models
  • A parent in the room throughout
  • Fluoride and sealants to keep cavities away

How a first appointment goes

  1. Request a time

Message or call. We confirm the appointment and remind you the day before.

  2. Examination

The dentist checks your teeth and gums, with an X-ray only if it is needed.

  3. A written plan

Your options, the plan we suggest and its cost, in writing, before anything starts.

  4. Treatment at your pace

Appointments are booked to suit you, and you can stop to ask questions at any time.

Toothache or a broken tooth?

Clean and careful, for every patient

  • Sterilised and sealed

Instruments are sterilised and opened from sealed pouches in front of you.

  • Single-use where it matters

Needles, suction tips, cups and bibs are used once and discarded.

  • Fresh protection

New gloves, masks and chair covers for every patient.

  • Digital X-rays

Taken only when needed, and shown to you on screen.

Who will look after you

A real clinic's website lists every dentist with their qualifications and Dental Council registration number. This demo's dentists don't exist, so their details are left out.

Before you come in

From what age do you see children?

From the age of two, starting with a short visit to meet the dentist and the chair.

Does a root canal hurt?

It is done under local anaesthesia, so most people feel pressure rather than pain.

Can braces be paid for in stages?

Yes. Treatment that runs over months can be paid in stages, agreed in writing at the start.

Do you give receipts for insurance claims?

Yes, an itemised receipt for every visit, for reimbursement claims.
